Fiery Passion - premium canvas

“I have come to set the earth on fire. And how I long for every heart to be already ablaze with this fiery passion for God! Luke 12:49 TPT  Christ Brings Division  “I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how distressed I am till it is accomplished! Do you suppose that I came to give peace on earth? I tell you, not at all, but rather division...” Luke 12:49-51 NKJV Artist's Story: Verse 49 of Luke 12 seemed to jump off the page. The more I meditated on it the more it became alive! “Lord, should I create artwork for this verse?” Amazingly, I received a devotional the next morning with this highlighted verse! I began by digitally combining photos of the earth and fire in the background. I created four boxes to go in each corner to represent a graphic element of “division” not realizing that this created a cross of fire! Truly,“we can make the plans, but God determines our steps!” (Prov 16:9) Notice how “UNITED” is in the gray shadows and “STATES” is in the living color of fire. May this burning Word and artwork ignite a “fiery passion for God” to share the love and sacrifice of Jesus in the world around us! •  copyright © watermark will not be on final artwork •  unless noted, orders ship within 2-3 days
