Maybe you’re a fighter, rock climber, footballer, mountain biker, baseballer, golfer or hockey player. Or maybe you just want to be able to lift more at the gym. Whatever you do, increasing your forearm strength is non-negotiable if you want to be at the top of your game. In this video training course, grip strength expert Jedd Johnson of Diesel Crew has designed a customized workout to give you bigger, stronger forearms. Why should I build forearm strength? When training with weights, it’s tempting to focus on your biceps, triceps and shoulders. But building larger, more powerful forearms is vital for increasing your grip strength, which is an essential force for arm wrestlers and athletes alike. With better grip strength, you’ll also have access to more lifting power when you work out, increasing your all-round strength gains. In addition, your forearm muscles cross over with your hands, wrists and elbows, which are hotspots for strain and injury. As well as generating power, strong forearms, trained the right way, can guard you against encountering pain and impaired movement in these areas. What’s the most effective way to train? There’re plenty of websites and fitness apps floating around that list dozens, if not hundreds of exercises described as being for ‘forearms’. But if you want a workout that’s genuinely effective and time-efficient, the best way to learn is from an expert. If you’re aiming  to fast-track your gains, now's the time to learn from a professional who understands the most powerful and successful training strategies, and the importance of using specialized exercises and the right techniques. Why should I choose this course? If you want to improve your all-round grip strength, you cannot afford to neglect your forearms. This course will give you the skills and techniques you need for strengthening both your flexors and extensors, allowing you to lift heavier weights, safeguard your wrists and elbows, and bulk out those lower arm muscles. Learn from the Best Jedd Johnson of Diesel Crew is a five-time North American Grip Sport Champion, who’s developed this workout after years of requests for a training course that focused on building forearms with increased size, strength and stamina. If you want to supercharge your forearm muscles, then gaining access to Jedd’s knowledge and experience is a no-brainer. Improve your Grip Strength It’s a common misconception that your grip strength is totally focused in your hands. The flexors that close your grip and extensors that open your grip are actually located in your forearms, meaning that following a specialized forearm workout is essential for building a titanium grip. Having a strong grip is obviously crucial if you’re an arm wrestler or grip athlete, but it’s also vital for anyone who wants to lift more, throw further, hold tighter, or generate more power in their arms. Guard Against Pain and Injuries Tennis elbow and wrist pain are two common complaints you might have if you lift regularly or frequently generate any kind of upper-body force. In this training course, Jedd Johnson has specifically included rotations and deviations that focus on strengthening the areas in your forearm that control and interact with your joints. By targeting these areas of your forearm, you can decrease any current issues you might be experiencing, or prevent injuries from occurring in the first place.
