The Field Leather Handle Cover is a practical cast iron accessory designed to help protect your hands while moving hot cookware around the kitchen. Made to complement the ergonomic shape of Field handles, this cast iron handle cover provides a secure, comfortable grip that makes it easier to lift and maneuver your skillet or griddle with confidence. The vegetable-tanned leather feels sturdy in hand and develops a rich, distinctive patina over time, giving each piece a character all its own. Made in the USA from start to finish, this leather skillet handle cover is crafted from American hides processed in a U.S. tannery using tree bark and other natural tannins, then cut and sewn by skilled American craftspeople. The standard size fits all other Field Skillets and Griddles with a handle, making it a reliable addition to your cast iron cookware collection. For cooks searching for a durable leather cast iron handle cover, American-made skillet handle sleeve, or a stylish way to improve comfort and control in the kitchen, this leather handle cover is a timeless choice. About Field Company Field Company is known for premium cast iron cookware inspired by the lightweight, smooth-surface vintage skillets that cooks still prize today. Founded by brothers Stephen and Chris Muscarella, the brand grew out of a deep appreciation for family heirlooms, American craftsmanship, and the lasting performance of well-made cast iron pans. From the start, Field Company set out to create cast iron skillets and cookware that feel better in the hand, cook beautifully, and grow even more dependable with time, care, and regular use. What sets Field Company apart is its commitment to reviving traditional cast iron quality through research, hands-on experimentation, and improved modern production. By studying vintage pans, learning thin-wall iron casting techniques, and testing seasoning methods in detail, the company developed smooth, naturally non-toxic cast iron cookware designed for everyday cooking. For home cooks searching for heirloom-quality cast iron skillets, durable kitchen cookware, and timeless American-made craftsmanship, Field Company stands out as a brand built on skill, curiosity, and the belief that the best tools only get better with age.
