Field Blend Harvest 2025

Rancho Milagro produces extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Our Field Blend is a mixture of the four varieties of olives we grow at Rancho Milagro, namely Frantoio, Coratina, Hojiblanca, and Picual.  With the oils from Harvest 2025, we created a field blend combining the three oils in our oldest fields (Coratina, Hojiblanca, and Picual), with a generous portion of our award-winning Frantoio. Tasting notes: Big fruit aroma and taste up front mix of ripe and green fruit. Balanced bitterness and pungency. Descriptors: Tomato leaf, green almond, grass, nutty, herbaceous and floral Medium robustness Harvest 2025 FIeld Blend won awards from COOC, NYIOOC, and California State Fair.  This year, for the first time, we are offering two sizes. Each regular bottle holds 500 ml (16.9 oz) of extra virgin olive oil.  A case holds 12 regular bottles. Each picnic size holds 250 ml (8/5 oz) of extra virgin olive oil. A case holds 12 smaller bottles.
