Dual Manometers You'll find dual manometers on espresso machines for monitoring brew and steam pressure. The brew pressure gauge checks the resistance from the coffee grounds in the filter basket when the pump is running to ensure optimal extraction. Meanwhile, the steam pressure gauge on heat exchange or dual boiler machines shows the boiler's steam pressure for safety, usually rated at 2.0 bar for structural integrity. Thermostability The Caravel units are equipped with thermal stability to the coffee groups which ensure a constant temperature and pre-infusion of the coffee grounds which allows for consistent, balanced shots of coffee. 11L Copper Boiler Copper boilers in espresso machines offer exceptional heat conductivity, ensuring rapid heating and faster recovery times for a quicker startup. Maintaining optimal brewing temperatures is essential for consistently good espresso, and copper's ability to uphold steady temperatures contributes to a consistent brew quality. Additionally, copper's natural antimicrobial properties make it a hygienic choice for espresso machines by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms. Heat Exchange Espresso Machine The heat exchange espresso machine is designed to provide a consistent and efficient brewing experience. By utilizing a heat exchange system, the machine is able to simultaneously heat water for brewing and produce steam for frothing milk. This ensures that the temperature of the water remains stable throughout the brewing process, resulting in a flavorful and well-extracted shot of espresso. The heat exchange system also allows for quick and continuous steaming, making it ideal for busy coffee shops or home baristas looking to create lattes and cappuccinos with ease. With its ability to maintain precise temperature control and deliver powerful steam, the heat exchange espresso machine is a valuable tool for producing high-quality coffee beverages. Programmable Doses Set single, double, long, and long double espresso doses to perfectly repeat your favorite recipes. At the touch of a button you can extract your programmed shot.
