Three Nuns In The Desert (Three Flutes)

Three Nuns In The Desert (Three Flutes/ Two Flutes and Alto Flute) By Gary Schocker, Published By Falls House Press. (Score only) The title is a mystery, but the musical lines are not. There is a certain ethereal trudge, as light footsteps in sand, in this floating, rhythmic descriptive piece. A brief work, Three Nuns in the Desert is presented as a performance score for both versions - three flutes, or two flutes and alto flute. For intermediate to advanced.
