Festool Light Module LM-DTS

See the surface. Perfect the result. See what you’ve been missing: clear visibility exactly where you’re sanding. Targeted illumination at the front of the sander makes surface defects and uneven areas easy to see as you work—so you achieve better results with less rework. Two brightness levels let you quickly adjust the light to match your workspace while reducing glare. The light activates automatically through vibration detection, switching on when sanding starts and off when it stops—no separate switch required. Tool-free installation allows you to clip it on and get to work in seconds. With independent power and smart activation, the light module gives you greater control for smoother, more consistent sanding results. Adjustable: Match surface needs with two brightness levels Easy mounting: Clips on quickly—no tools required Wide compatibility: Fits ETS 125, RTS 400, and DTS 400 sanders, including cordless models Flexible mounting: Tool-free attachment allows fast setup and removal Long runtime: Up to 2.5 hours at full brightness; recharges via USB-C® in approximately 80 minutes Automatic on: Vibration detection turns the light on and off as sanding starts and stops Main applications: Targeted lighting to reveal surface imperfections Controlled sanding in detail and edge areas High-quality results in the shop and on the jobsite
