These fermented tonics are made by Sidies, created by Mehran who is from northern Iran and has traveled the world. He learned cooking and fermentation from his mother.  These tonics are not just delicious but also packed with probiotics. They’re meant to be sipped each day and Mehran recommends starting with just 2-3 oz each day and building up from there.
