Fennel (Mix)

Green / Purple Fennel Fennel is a culinary herb that taste a little bit like licorice. Some people like to use the bases of the plant chopped and roasted.   Color: Green/Purple foliage, yellow blooms. Barely cover seeds. Depth of seeds should be roughly 1/16”-1/8” deep, keeping moist but not soggy, and in a warm sunny spot to encourage germination. Seeds need warmth to germinate.I would suggest starting in a tray and isolating plants as they mature. Batch Info: Current: Harvested in October 2023 in Fayette County Kentucky. Open pollinated. Packed for 2024.  Proud Kentucky grown seeds! Hand harvested, quality checked, and packed in small batches. Thanks so much for checking out my shop!
