Fells Canyon - House Plan

Our Fells Canyon house plan is inspired by a Modern Dutch Farmhouse aesthetic. The front porch draws you into the home with soaring 10'-4" ceilings.  A private wing is located off the foyer for access to the two secondary bedrooms with ample closet space and a shared bathroom.  Opposite the foyer, a dedicated study space offers a private location for getting work done.  A hallway leads towards the mud room which accesses the garage, staircase, powder room and primary bed suite.  The primary bed suite offers an elongated layout which is perfect for dividing the room into a sleeping area and sitting area. A set of French doors offers exterior access for a patio or deck and an en-suite bathroom has all the luxurious amenities you can ask for.  Upstairs, a sunlit bonus room offers flexibility for future expansion over the garage.  The main open living space features a fireplace, large open dining room and luxurious kitchen with a walk-in pantry. A covered rear deck is the perfect place for lounging or dining al fresco!
