Fellow Series 1 Espresso Machine

The Fellow Series 1 Espresso Machine pushes the envelope on what home espresso machines can offer. At its core is Fellow's 'Boosted Boiler' architecture: a compact 200mL boiler fed by an inline thermoblock that heats up in under 3 minutes and can switch to steaming in seconds. Digital sensors for temperature, pressure, and flow unlock a bevy of new smart features, like programmable pressure profiles, highly adjustable preinfusion, and smart milk steaming settings. The Series 1 comes loaded with prebuilt brew profiles (like classic brew, lever-style, and turbo shot) and lets you build and save your own directly from the on-machine display. And for milk-drink fans, prebuilt profiles for dairy and alternative milk steaming makes milk texturing a breeze. All of this capability comes in a compact, low-profile footprint that earns its place on any counter.
