Feelings Bundle

Learn about feelings and emotions by connecting with each feeling in face and color form.  Raising kind humans begins at home. This 24-page unit aims to aid in naming and regulating feelings. With each emotion personified and presented in the form of peaceful, pleasant art and color, you can use this bundle to help your child associate with different feelings and express what is going on in their head and heart. We hope this bundle serves as a conversation starter and catalyst for open dialogue in your family as you learn to navigate big feelings and the world together!
