Feelings Activity Worksheets

Learning to identify, sort, and express feelings appropriately is a challenging process that requires patience and practice. It involves recognizing different emotions, understanding their causes, and communicating them effectively. Studies have shown that as young people master these skills, they experience better mental health as they mature. The Feelings Activity Worksheets are a resource that aims to expand the range of emotions young people know and further explore their feelings and emotions. This bundle includes 5 printable sheets with fun activities asking them to color the emotions they feel, match words with emojis, complete a word search puzzle, and more. By completing these worksheets, kids and teens can gain a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences and how these impact their actions. Once done, they can pin each sheet on a wall or board, and track their emotional growth. Parents and teachers can build on this by starting an emotion guessing game or charades, where kids act out different feelings while others guess what they are. To make it more fun and meaningful, they could use props or create scenarios based on real-life situations. *This item is an instant digital download.
