Feather Earrings 1127

Given the nature of feathers and gemstones, each pair of feather earrings is uniquely one off. Photos are used for style reference as the feather colors and charms/gemstones can be customized.  Feathers are found from my travels in Tulum, Mexico as well as from my roots in Lexington, Kentucky. But it all started when I learned to make fly fishing lures for my dad and 3 brothers when I was a kid. I aquired my tools and starter sets of feathers from a fly fishing convention in Cincinnati, Ohio circa 2003. In 2011, I translated the art of fishing lures into the art of feather earrings.  All feathers are ethically sourced, hand selected and handtied into each earring composed of gold fill.
