We went back and looked at the last hundred welding fixtures fixtures, that we'd built for most of the country's ATV market; searching for efficiency. We noticed that every fixture we did had one thing in common, they were all wasting crazy amounts of material! Let me explain... As mentioned elsewhere, we build a ton of these Tab and Slot weld fixtures. Over 50 for one company last year! Every one of them had this big, heavy base plate on it.   Imagine if that could be eliminated? It would an average of $1000/fixture in design and steel. That's Big! So we started looking at ways to save costs, make the design process faster and reduce shop time during assembly. This is when the light bulb went on. If our customers had a nice flat 'block' with a standard hole pattern covering it we could just design and send them 'plug-in' fixtures. Now this same technology is available to you in U-Weld kits! Like everything we manufacture from our line of accessories to our welding tables, fabBlocks are no different. By giving you the opportunity to invest your time and craftsmanship into your new tool. We can sell you a Production Quality Part at Hobbyist Prices. After all, you're a welder - go weld something! QUESTIONS? Call or Text Us 1.651.800.4877
