Fauna Marin Reef Start PRO BAC 60ml

The Ideal Bacteria for Starting a New Reef Aquarium Fauna Marin's Reef Start PRO Bac is a highly effective product that contains billions of bacteria per milliliter to help start a new reef aquarium. It is formulated with selected, highly active bacteria strains embedded in an innovative substrate matrix called B-29. This product ensures crystal clear water in no time by quickly distributing the bacteria throughout the aquarium water and allowing them to start processing it immediately. As a result, it maintains good water values and creates a healthy aquarium environment by skimming off the bound nutrients and inhibiting the growth of undesirable algae. This helps to maintain biologically stable conditions and prevents ammonia spikes. Fauna Marin Reef Pro Bac can also be added to a tank whenever bio-filtration needs a boost. This could be after water changes, intense cleaning, adding new fish, medication, or changing filter media.
