Skim fat and grease from Soups, Stews, & more. Slowly press the Fatsoff soup scoop straight down into your soup or stew until the fat trapped beneath the inverted funnel spills into the cup. Lift and empty into a discard (or save for later) container and repeat until the floating fat has been removed. For small batches pour soup into a narrow container and skim from the top.
