The Father's Day Blue Matcha Gift Bundle pairs Strabella's signature blue ceramic chawan with a traditional bamboo whisk and 1.9 oz of ceremonial-grade matcha powder. Built for the dad who enjoys quiet mornings, useful gifts, and small daily rituals — not gadgets and not gimmicks. What's in the bundle Blue Ceramic Matcha Bowl (Chawan) — wide rim for whisking, hand-finished textured glaze Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) with Holder — 80-prong traditional whisk on a ceramic stand that keeps the prongs dry Bamboo Scoop (Chashaku) — single-serve portion measure Stainless Steel Sifter — breaks up clumps for a smooth, lump-free whisk Ceremonial Matcha Powder 1.9 oz (54 g) — single-origin Japanese, stone-ground, vivid green Linen Tea Mat — keeps the counter clean during the ritual Gift-Ready Strabella Box — no extra wrapping needed Why dads keep coming back to it Each piece is sized for daily use, not a one-time wow. The bamboo whisk lasts six to twelve months of daily whisking when air-dried on its holder. The blue chawan holds heat evenly so the matcha stays warm through the ritual. The sifter rinses clean in seconds. How to make matcha with this set Sift one bamboo scoop (about 1 g) of matcha into the blue bowl Add 2 oz of water at 175°F (just under boiling) Whisk in a quick "M" pattern for 15 seconds until a layer of foam forms Top with another 4 oz of water or steamed milk for a matcha latte The matcha — sourced in Uji, packed in Newport Beach The matcha is first-harvest spring leaf from Uji, Japan — shade-grown for three weeks before pick to deepen the chlorophyll and reduce bitterness. We stone-grind it in small batches and seal each tin within 48 hours of grinding. Tasting notes: bright, gently sweet, naturally umami, never grassy. For Father's Day, ready to gift The box ships pre-arranged the way it appears in the photos — open the lid and the bundle is ready. No assembly, no extra packaging needed. The blue ceramic glaze pairs with both modern and traditional kitchens, so it works as a daily-use object after the Father's Day moment is over.
