A perfect addition to any kitchen, Fat Gold Blue is a beautifully fragrant, fruit-forward olive oil with notes of apple, chamomile, and almond. It has plenty of flavor without a bitter edge, making it especially good with lighter, simpler dishes. We recommend it for salads, fresh vegetables, seafood, or anything that benefits from a generous finishing pour. Made with Arbequina and Picual olives harvested in October 2025 in Clovis, California, then milled by Fat Gold.
