Ops-Core FAST XR Gen 2 Ballistic Helmet – X-Large, Black

Ops-Core FAST XR Gen 2 Ballistic Helmet – X-Large, Black Advanced Protection with the Ops-Core FAST XR Gen 2 This rifle-rated helmet uses a hybrid composite shell of carbon, polyethylene, and woven aramid. This material blend offers extreme durability for operators. The material maintains a lightweight profile. The shell design provides extensive coverage against ballistic threats and blunt impact during intense missions. Its high-cut geometry ensures compatibility with larger communication headsets. It supports various hearing protection systems without compromising the fit or comfort. It meets NIJ Level IIIA/HG2 standards. It also resists penetration from 7.62x39mm lead-core rifle rounds, offering a higher level of security in high-threat environments. The Lock-Down Liner (LDL) ensures a stable, low-profile fit. It stays secure even under heavy loads or during rapid movement in tactical scenarios. This interior system is designed for multi-impact protection. Impact liners and comfort pads work together to reduce pressure points during long-term wear. The suspension system allows for easy adjustments. It can accommodate different head shapes or additional thermal layers needed for diverse climates. The Modular Bungee Shroud (MBS) supports NVGs. It features an integrated bungee system that reduces snag hazards and stabilizes night vision devices effectively. This shroud system is essential for maintaining clear visibility. PowerPath ARC rails allow direct mounting for comms and lights on both sides of the helmet. These rails include specialized cable management channels. These prevent wires from interfering with the user's field of vision or snagging on gear. The streamlined design reduces the weight of the overall headborne system. This helps mitigate neck fatigue during extended missions in the field. Keeping essential accessories within reach is a priority. The black finish provides a professional, low-visibility appearance suitable for law enforcement use. This helmet is ideal for specialized tactical applications. Every component is engineered for reliability and long-term performance in demanding environments.
