Fast Track Espresso

Fast Track Espresso from Portland's Good Folks Coffee is a sophisticated blend built for those who want classic espresso flavors without compromise. This is the kind of coffee that tastes like the espresso you remember from that life-changing café—rich, balanced, and endlessly drinkable. Roasted to a medium-dark profile, it delivers crowd-pleasing sweetness with enough complexity to keep seasoned espresso drinkers coming back. Tasting NotesExpect dark brown sugar sweetness on the first sip, followed by smooth caramel and semi-sweet chocolate that lingers through the finish. The body is full and silky, with low acidity that makes it forgiving across brew methods. There's no bitterness, no sharp edges—just a clean, rounded cup that showcases what a well-crafted blend can do. The finish is long and sweet, with chocolate notes that fade gently rather than cutting off abruptly. Brew MethodsThis coffee was designed for espresso and excels as a straight shot or milk-based drink. The caramel and chocolate notes shine through steamed milk, making it ideal for lattes and cappuccinos. But don't limit yourself—Fast Track also performs beautifully as drip coffee, French press, or pour over when you want a fuller-bodied morning cup. It's versatile enough to dial in on any home espresso machine, from entry-level to prosumer setups.
