Farmstead Cheddar

Smoked - Handcrafted on our family dairy farm, this smoked cheddar is made from fresh raw milk sourced directly from our herd. We cold-smoke each batch with hickory wood for nine hours, developing a bold, complex flavor profile that distinguishes it from mass-produced alternatives. The result is a remarkably smooth cheese with pronounced smoky notes—ideal for cheese boards, melting over burgers, or pairing with bold wines and craft beers. Extra Sharp - Real Cheddar tastes better! We handcraft our Cheddar using the raw milk from our family dairy farm. Using traditional cheddaring methods, we age our Extra Sharp Cheddar for at least one year to give you a sharp yet smooth taste, leaving other Cheddars with something to be desired. Melt into your mac n' cheese, grate on a salad, or simply enjoy with crackers. Both sold separately .. Prices may differ depending on cheese type.
