Fantes Uncle Attilio’s Sausage Maker easily creates fresh, homemade sausage recipes from around the world at home. Quickly customize delicious flavor and meat combinations, and control fat content and quality for tastier homemade sausage results. The real fun of sausage making is to experiment for unique variations. Try different add-ins, like apples, cheeses, and vegetables, all chopped small enough to fit through the nozzle opening. Includes 3 nozzle sizes (15, 19, and 22-millimeter diameter) to make thin, regular, and plump sausage links. The crank-style handle makes operation simple. The suction base secures to any nonporous surface for easy setup and added stability during use. Simply secure suction base to work surface. Fill the Sausage Maker canister with sausage meat. Slide the entire casing length onto the desired size nozzle and turn the handle to fill. Make sure to guide the filled sausage by hand to prevent it from breaking. Tie both ends at desired lengths to secure the stuffing inside. Includes Sausage Stuffer with suction base, 3 nozzles (15, 19, and 22-millimeter diameter), complete instructions, and a Fante’s family recipe. Disassembles for easy cleaning. Hand wash in warm, soapy water.
