Fall Overwintering Defense Kit

When the temperature drops and the heater kicks on, your home suddenly becomes a breeding ground for pests and pathogens. Bringing outdoor plants inside and firing up central heating creates a severe artificial microclimate: dry, warm air that spider mites love, combined with low winter light that keeps soil damp and invites fungus gnats and root rot. Because plants enter dormancy in the fall, they stop pushing new growth and cannot naturally outgrow pest damage. Their biological needs shift entirely from growth to defense. The Fall Overwintering Defense Kit is engineered specifically for this seasonal transition, providing the exact biological armor your plants need when they are most vulnerable. What's Inside & Why You Need It Now Sticky Traps (The Early Warning System): Weak winter light means plants drink less water, leaving soil wet for longer—a magnet for fungus gnats. These traps are your essential first line of defense, catching adult flying pests before they can lay eggs in your pots. Bio Insecticide (The Mite Eradicator): Central heating plummets indoor humidity to desert-like levels, triggering rapid spider mite, thrip, and aphid explosions. This stops active outbreaks and protects foliage from dry-air pests. Bio Fungicide (The Rot Preventer): That same slow-drying winter soil is the perfect breeding ground for Pythium (root rot) and cold-weather mildews. Applying this bio-fungicide neutralizes fungal pathogens in the soil and on leaves before they take hold. Soil & Root Boost (The Shock Absorber): While you should never use nitrogen fertilizers during winter dormancy, your plants still need a strong microbiome to survive the shock of moving indoors. This fortifies root immunity and repairs environmental stress damage without forcing weak, leggy winter growth.
