Fall Line Espresso Blend

Fall Line Espresso from Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters is the approachable sweet spot between medium and dark—a forgiving blend that punches above its weight in the portafilter and shines in milk drinks without losing its voice when pulled solo. Named for the gravity-defying thrill of finding your perfect line on skis, bikes, or boards, this blend captures that same sense of flow and control in the cup. Tasting NotesExpect pockets of cocoa and caramel that unfold with each sip, backed by a smooth, round body and gentle sweetness. The medium-dark roast level brings forward chocolatey richness without tipping into bitter or ashy territory, while maintaining enough brightness to keep things interesting. The finish is clean and lingering, with just enough structure to cut through steamed milk while remaining balanced and approachable on its own. Brew MethodsDesigned first and foremost for espresso, Fall Line is dialed to be forgiving—ideal if you're still honing your puck prep or working with a machine that's a bit temperamental. It produces creamy, well-rounded shots that pair beautifully with milk in cappuccinos and lattes, but it's versatile enough to explore beyond the espresso machine. Try it as drip coffee for a bold morning brew, French press for full-bodied satisfaction, or even pour over if you want to tease out its sweeter, more nuanced side. This is a blend that rewards experimentation.
