I love this part of the Deschutes river, it has so much diversity. From lava fields to Rainbow trout, to Aspens to Bald Eagles, the area is simply awesome. Every Fall, for years, I would take my kids here to walk the river...I would choose the best days I could and the three of us were happy. Both of my kids loved walking trails at an early age and I hope they remember this spot. On this day, I brought my kids out, flew my drone for one battery, enjoyed the warm Fall weather, and remember the smiles on the kayakers faces.
