Fireside Favorites Fall Extract Variety Pack

The time for flannel is the time for Fireside Favorites: three beers that pair perfectly with the changing colors, crisp air, and cozying up next to the fire. The West Coast Radical Red as crimson-colored as a changing maple tree, the chocolate and caramel of The Mutt’s Nuts Brown Porter to warm you up, and the peppery spice of the Nightfall Saison create the perfect variety pack you’re sure to fall for. Grab these now and start brewing up the perfect Autumnal beers. West Coast Radical Red Ale A smooth, crisp, and well-balanced beer with a multi-grain backbone offers approachability, yet is a hop and malt-forward take on the classic red ale that deserves a double-take. The Cascade hops impart a citrus twist for a sessionable brew-next-door that knows how to leave an impression. Instructions The Mutt's Nuts Brown Porter A laid-back sipper with a low gravity and surprising complexity, this beautiful deep mahogany Porter features notes of chocolate, caramel, and a distinctly British Maris Otter base malt.  You’ll also find moderate fruity esters, restrained bitterness, and low hop flavor in this medium-light bodied, slightly creamy, easy-drinking dark English Ale. Instructions Nightfall Black Saison As the days start to get shorter, a nearly pitch-black Saison is the perfect beer to enjoy as night falls. The clean pilsner malt flavor comes with a slight honey-like sweetness and medium-low smooth roast notes and the classical Saison yeast flavors of black pepper, slight citrus, and faint tartness shine through this jet black brew.
