If this option is selected as “no”, the dimming option will not be added and the product can be turned on/off by plugging its own cable into the socket. However, if you wish, you can also connect to the electrical switch with the help of a technician. IMAGE CATEGORY CODE & IMAGE NO The landscape image on the product image is a sample image only. An image you like from the image library will be applied to this product for your order. The images in the image library are divided into categories and the images in each category are numbered. Therefore, before adding the product to your cart, please visit the image library above the page and note the category you are interested in and the image no you like in that category. Sample: ST41      /ST = image category (Seascapes and tropics) ,  41 = image no USAGE Usage indicates whether you want to use the product horizontally (Landscape)  or vertically (Portrait) on the wall. This is how we process the image you have chosen during the production phase. IMAGE COORDINATE The image coordinate shows us which part of the image you like from the library should be used on the product. Since the images in the image library are usually in landscape format, if you have chosen landscape as the usage, it will be directly compatible. However, if you have chosen your use as portrait, there will be more than one variation for the image you have selected. In order to maintain the proportion, we will need to crop the image while adapting the selected image to the portrait format. Therefore, the selected area we will use can be in the middle, left, or right of the image. It can even be between the left side and the middle. For landscape usage, you may sometimes want to get a more realistic window view. You may want to use an image above the horizon, especially for (clerestory) windows positioned above eye level. In this case, you can choose the image coordinate instead of “center”. REVIEWS ON GOOGLE Prosky Panels4.9Based on 88 reviewspowered by Googlereview us onKevin Dickin3 months agoAbsolutely chuffed with the end result. I bought this fake window frame with a bit of hesitation not sure how it would end up looking but have to say that with the extras such as curtains and a shelf (to mimic a windowsill), it’s added such an amazing upgrade to a windowless internal room. ProskyPanels service was top quality service from start to finish. Again, I was a little apprehensive but shouldn’t have been as they have been great, same as the quality of their product. My only recommendation would be: a. provide batteries for the remote control (for a premium product and a premium price it’s not much to ask for) and b. an installation video would be great and easier to follow than the small installation sheet that comes with the product. Other than the above, great all around and highly recommended. See before and after pics.KeNaN ÖzCeLiK3 months agoCourtney4 months agoAfter trying for a long time to brighten my basement and make it feel less like a dungeon, I stumbled by accident across Prosky. I took a chance and placed an order for an edgewin window and I can’t say enough how happy I am with it! It has really changed the feel of the entire space. It shipped incredibly quickly (I’m in Canada) and it arrived very fast in great condition. It was easy to assemble and install and the Prosky team helped me every step of the way through prompt email and WhatsApp messages with any of my questions and concerns. Genuinely one of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of ordering from! The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, and the product is 100% worth the money! I will be a returning customer 😊Association Terre Connexion Santé4 months agoI’m absolutely delighted with my false windows! I’ve already ordered three. The service is perfect, with emails (in English) including the first one with an exact rendering of the product for approval, followed by updates on the order status. They also responded immediately to my messages. Please note that there are also €38 in customs fees. The assembly is quite simple and very well explained. They delivered a sturdy aluminum frame with powerful LEDs and a high-quality screen. Assembly was incredibly easy, and the result is simply stunning. The power consumption is extremely low, and the brightness can be conveniently and continuously adjusted via remote control. The finished product exceeded my expectations – highly recommended! We are more than happy that we found Prosky Panels with their products, amazing quality as well as outstanding customer “live” service (no KI generated Bots or Ticket System) We absolutely recommend 😃 btw the final result / window has been pimped a bit, with a frame etc., by myselfOlivier POU1 year agoFantastic experience : the product is of high quality, easy to assemble and all well adjusted and the effect is really beautiful. Once the prefer details were finalized the Prosky team gave regular follow ups. The produce arrived well packaged. Assembly was straight forward. I thought the picture canvas would be difficult to get wrinkle free. No issue. This is precise stuff. The faux window is realistic and provides needed light in a basement setting. Highly recommend this company. I had one minor question and Ibrahim followed up with the answer promptly! I made a custom recessed construction to really make this look like a real window. I have some final trim work to make the panel look like even better and promised the team I’d send a final picture. They give customer service like they were down the street. Actually better. The design is incredibly realistic, making it feel like I have a beautiful outdoor view right in my room. Installation was a breeze, and the quality of the materials is impressive. Not only does it add depth and brightness to my living area, but it also serves as a fantastic conversation starter when guests come over. If you’re looking to enhance your home decor and bring a touch of the outdoors inside, I highly recommend the Prosky Fake Window with a View. It’s a game-changer! Great customer service and support, interactive and easy communication. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Teodor..Anthony Chen3 years agoAll I can say, is wow! I had such a good experience with Prosky panels. Ibrahim was the best. The communication was excellent. They were always available through WhatsApp. I did text and video chat and it was great. I selected to do a custom window so that we could create a very similar size window to the other windows in the house. The window came in three different sections by FedEX to match the paneling that our existing windows have. The mounting was fairly easy and straightforward. My window is mounted like we were hanging a picture frame or a mirror and just used heavier duty hardware I got from Home Depot. I believe they have different locations overseas and the one we dealt with is in Turkey. Feel confident with your purchase with prosky, I had zero problems with this company. I’m very happy with them. Very happy with the product we picked and very happy on how the project turned out. I have told multiple friends and family about the window and expect at some point for me to buy another one or a friend to buy one.Akın Arslan3 years agoThe products added a different atmosphere to my room, the material quality and printing are incredible.Fatih Coskun3 years agoA company with the best quality and durable materials that I have used over time.Alexandru CIUCA3 years agoJanice Conners3 years agoThis is my third picture for my faux window. Customer service agent Ibrahim was very helpful and patient. Prices are reasonable considering shipping is free. I took advantage of a special offer. Visa payment went through instantly. Canada customs $16 Cdn, a necessary pain. WhatsApp is free, works great and is quick. Process was efficient and fast. Special order 4 days; Fedex 4 days. Amazing! Assembly was easy on kitchen table, if one ??? reads the instructions. Results, fantastic. Forgot to photograph, but will do with my second picture. One for bathroom and one for kitchen. I put them in the room I use as my office which doesn’t have any windows and these really brighten the room up. It’s perfect and no longer feels like I’m working in a cave! The only thing is there was a weird smell coming from them while they are turned on. It has faded a bit over the past couple weeks but it’s still there, just not as strong. Otherwise, I love these so much and highly recommend!Francis Lim5 years agoI came across Prosky Panels thru’ google. I am so glad that eventually I placed order for this Venice picture from Prosky Panels. The website is user-friendly & detaiIed. The staff service was smooth & efficient. Super service; transport of the package done with very much care ; quick response to any questions. Top !!Alyssa Schreiner5 years agoLiving in a small condo with only one window, I decided that I wanted to get a “fake” window in my living room to give the illusion that I had another window and make my space look bigger. I was looking for a company that made windows I could install on my wall without having to cut through it and I wanted something that was thin enough to look realistic and not bulky. I researched many different companies and came across Prosky Panels online as it was the only company that provided a product that did just that. I emailed the company with my order and wired the money seamlessly. Communication was efficient through WhatsApp and the employees there were super-responsive to all of my questions and providing me with an order status update. Within a few days, my order arrived by mail and it only took me 15 minutes to install the window. The quality was superb and I loved the window fabric material since it was very easy to install and I could tell it would last a long time. I also ordered other panel designs so I could change out the look of the windows based on the season, which is a great way to make the windows look realistic. Overall, I would order from this company again and am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from this company.Ed Hannold6 years agoWith COVID in our lives now and staying home most of the time, my wife and I decided to renovate our basement to keep busy. After walls were up and carpentry work was finished, it was time to decorate. Since we live on Lake Erie in Pennsylvania, we decided on a nautical theme for our basement. I was going to build my own fake window with some kind of lighted beach picture. In my research to find some idea on how to build this window, “Prosky Panels” kept coming up in my web searches. I really liked what I saw. Their website was very professional and when I emailed them, there was a quick response. I never made an international purchase before, but after a few texts and phone calls to Prosky, I was made to feel very comfortable. I ended up buying (2) 130×170 panels with a beautiful beach scene and was even helped with the wire transfer by a Prosky representative’s direct call when the bank needed help at the time of the transfer. It took just 2 days to get delivered to my house in the US, just like Prosky said it would, even though I did not believe it could arrive that fast. You can’t get that kind of service even within the US. The assembly and installation went smoothly, really not that bad. When my wife and I both sat down and hit the panel remote we could not believe how beautiful it was. Exceeded all our expectations. Breathtaking!! Such detail, even with the LED’s turned off. We are very satisfied customers. It changed the whole look and feel of our basement, now called our family room. Thank you Abrahim for all your help from start to finish including the after hour phone calls, because of the 8 hr time difference. You didn’t need to tell me that customer service always comes first, I figured that out on my own from the way I was treated. Thank you and the entire Prosky Team. ED and Bon H.Ryan OKane6 years agoWhen I first discovered Prosky Panels I was a little hesitant to purchase from them as they were located in Turkey and I lived in the United States. But I decided to take a chance because I really liked what I saw. So I sent them an email and I got a response a couple hours later. At that point they told me about “What’s App” that allowed us to communicate quickly and with a built in translator. I decided on what I wanted and I was sent a draft to approve. Once I approved the draft it took a couple days for them to produce and two days to ship it to me. After I received the product there was a you tube video along with English directions to help install (very easy installation). The final product turned out awesome. I will be getting some additional images in the future for my new windows in our basement. Great service and a great product.See All Reviews
