You are viewing ONE PAIR of 18 gauge Ironman fake plugs. These plugs are 18 gauge, but give the effect of a large gauge piercing when worn. They have a screw on back which you take off first, then insert and screw on the back piece for the look of stretched ears. These are made of stainless steel and come with 2 o-rings on each plug.
