Fairway - House Plan

The Fairway is a rustic 3 bedroom house plan that makes great use of a tight footprint.  An open living room is backed by a sunlit luxurious kitchen with an eat-in island, walk-in pantry, and tall cabinetry.  The kitchen leads out to the covered rear porch with an optional rear deck that can be configured to your land or need.  Opposite, a hallway connects the bedrooms and the conveniently located laundry closet. The primary bed suite features a wall of windows, linen closet and en-suite bathroom with an 8x7 walk-in closet.
