Faema E71 Espresso Machine

Atop the range in terms of professional espresso machines, the Faema E71 combines Giugiaro Design's iconic design with cutting-edge technology. Every sip of this coffee was engineered with perfection and superior quality in mind. Its design and technology are identical to the legendary E61, and its technology is the most advanced. It combines the manual and automatic controls of the Faema thermal system. Enhanced hydraulic circuits and GTi infusion control system ensure high-precision infusion and precise coffee brew timing on the E71. Baristas can work manually or use the digital control system with the E71. By using independent groupheads, baristas can control the extraction temperatures for specific coffee blends to ensure thermal stability. There is a possibility of constant control of all parameters of the brewing process, including the duration. The barista can control the brewing process with a lever above each grouphead. As an alternative, the barista can use the 4.3" touchscreen display to operate the digital mode. In the self-learning mode, the barista can manage every button while the lever controls the coffee delivery cycle. With the patented Smart Boiler technology, hot water and steam performance levels are enhanced while boiler water levels are optimized. Even under conditions of maximum use, you can consistently have a consistent cup due to thermal balance. During steam delivery and frothing, the E71's insulating, non-stick outer coating keeps its surface cold to prevent it from becoming warm. This eliminates the risk of burns and also makes cleaning easier and safer. Water and steam-contacting parts of the machines are covered with Ruveco Teck, a special coating that eliminates metal release into the drinks. In addition to a flush system for eliminating coffee residues from previous deliveries, the E71 features a steam wand purge function to eliminate condensation between steam bursts.
