Cleansing Face Wash Wash your face thoroughly and pat dry with a towel. (Use daily) 2. Detox Face Mask Using a wooden or plastic (non-metal) spoon, combine equal parts dry clay mask and purified/distilled water*, about 1-2 tsp, in a glass or plastic (non-metal) bowl, until desired consistency is reached. (*may substitute a small amount of apple cider vinegar for water) Using clean fingertips, scoop up the mixture and apply to your face and neck being careful to avoid eye area. Leave it on for about 10-15 minutes or until it dries completely. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water and face cloth (use an old one since the charcoal may stain) until the mask is completely off. Splash your face with cold water to tighten the pores and pat dry with a towel. (Use weekly) 3. Hydrating Face Toner Spray toner on face to hydrate, calm and soothe the skin.
