New fabric wrapped flat finial version (the neck cap) for our Display Dress Form product line Fabric used for these finials are the same as the fabric used for the Display Form Torsos Extra thin finials (1.5/8" of an inch or about 5mm thick). This is accomplished by using a solid metal plate as the base of the finial. Shipping and Returns + Shipping is free within continental United States.
