Fabric Scissors and Snips from LDH

LDH Scissors began with a simple mission: to create better quality sewing scissors. Started by a young couple driven by Love, Dedication, and Happiness, LDH has been serving the sewing community for over three decades. In 2018, their son Roy and his wife Ursula expanded the company to Toronto, Canada, continuing the family tradition and values that made LDH possible. Today, LDH Scissors is proud to be an immigrant-, woman-, and family-owned business. Midnight Series Designed for comfort and performance, our new ergonomic scissors feature contoured handles that hug your hand and have a weighted structure that reduces hand fatigue while aiding in cutting control. Crafted with high-carbon stainless steel blades, they deliver cutting performance on par with the industry's best. Can cut through 64 layers of fabric - we tried it! The Bloom Series Designed to be both versatile and heavy-duty, these fabric scissors are ideal for a wide range of everyday projects. They feature a blunted tip for added safety, and have handles made from recycled plastic. Each pair also features a unique flower engraving that reflects one of our values—both as a business and as individuals. The green colourway is inspired by Canadian milkvetch (Astragalus canadensis), a plant that blends quietly into its surroundings, with clusters of flowers that reward a closer look. In many ways, it mirrors how we think about scissors themselves, an essential tool that often goes unnoticed, yet plays a critical role in the making process and the environment. For every pair of Bloom Series scissors sold, we're donating $1 to Ecojustice. Ecojustice is a non-profit organization that uses litigation to defend and protect the environment.  Prism Pinking Shears Our Pinking Shears are known for being buttery smooth and sharp.
