Efficient Commercial Sharpening The F. Dick RS-75 is a fast and efficient sharpener for use in commercial kitchens, butchers, or other food preparation environments. It is simplicity itself. Just a single station and no adjustments necessary. Turn it on and draw the knife through the preset wheels for fast, safe and reliable sharpening. The diamond abrasive on the sharpening wheels is durable and will quickly form an edge on any knife. Use the edge as is, or quickly refine it with a pull-through steel like the F. Dick Rapid Steel.
