Key Features and Benefits: Sleeve Printing Area: 3.75" x 19" (Standard Size) Unparalleled productivity for sleeve printing Versatile design for printing on sleeves, pant legs, short sleeves, socks, pockets, koozies, and more Optional rubber for enhanced grip (rubber option available) Overall Dimensions: 16" x 24" (Standard Size) In order to make the sleeves of the EZ Sleeve pallet as rigid as they can be, use the special bracket adapter (included with your purchase) that when positioned and tightened will add tension and make the printing areas extremely rigid. An extra large knob is provided for easy tightening. It is also possible to tighten to the point that you will slightly lift the printing arms. When used correctly, this will normalize the pressure better when the squeegee is towards the load side of the pallet. Optional Garment Hooks: To further streamline your printing process and maintain garment cleanliness, optional garment hooks are available for separate purchase. These hooks prevent dragging and potential damage to the garments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. They are only available for M&R®, Workhorse Manual, Workhorse Automatic, and Anatol Slide Style. Available under the parts & accessories section of our website. These pallets do not come with rubber as rubber is not required for use. Adding rubber will require adjustment to your machine for the height offset. Please be aware these pallets are 1/8” taller than standard pallets. If Rubber is added, they are ¼” taller. Frame shims are a good option when you can’t change the height offset.
