Use an eyeshadow brush to pick up a small amount of the product. -Gently tap off any excess to avoid fallout. -Apply the shimmer dust to the center of your eyelid or wherever you want to add a pop of brightness. -Blend the edges to create a seamless transition with the rest of your eyeshadow. Application Wet (Foiling): -For a more intense and foiled effect, you can apply the eye lights shimmer dust wet. -Dampen your eyeshadow brush with a setting spray, water, or a mixing medium. -Dip the damp brush into the shimmer dust and apply it to your eyelid. -Wet application intensifies the shimmer and helps the product adhere better. Highlighting: Eye lights shimmer dusts are not limited to the eyelids. You can use them to highlight other areas of your face, such as the inner corners of your eyes, brow bone, and cheekbones.
