Eye Clips

Kit-Cat Klock Eye Clips (J-Clips) – Pair (2 included) Keep your Kit-Cat Klock’s iconic rolling eyes swinging smoothly with our replacement Eye Clips (J-Clips). Designed specifically for the battery-powered 15.5" Kit-Cat Klock, these essential clips ensure friction-free animation for the clock’s signature eye movement. Sold as a pair, these interchangeable clips fit both the left and right eye, making them a versatile repair part for restoring your clock’s timeless charm. Note: The smaller sized Kitty-Cats (12.75") don’t require J-clips  Key Features: Purpose-Built Design: The J-clip lifts the eyeball off the shelf, eliminating friction to maintain smooth, seamless eye animation powered by the clock’s low-powered magnetic field. Easy Installation: No tools required! Simply press the clip onto the eyeball shelf with finger pressure. The wide base goes underneath the shelf, and the narrow top secures above, seating fully into the notch for a snug fit. Compatibility: Exclusively for battery-powered 15.5" Kit-Cat Klocks. Not suitable for electric models and 12.75" Kitty-Cat Klocks. Durable Construction: Crafted to withstand years of use, ensuring your clock’s eyes keep rolling reliably. Essential for Animation: As noted by Doctor Kit-Cat, a J-clip must be installed at the base of each eye for the clock’s animation to function properly. Installation Tips (from Doctor Kit-Cat): Ensure the clip is fully seated in the notch with no part sticking out, resembling a paper clip’s secure fit. Clean eye pegs and clips with a lint-free cloth to remove dust buildup for optimal performance. If animation issues persist, test the tail movement without the eyes engaged to isolate the problem (see Doctor Kit-Cat troubleshooting guide).
