Exustar SPD-SL Road Cleats – 6° Float – Red

The Exustar SPD-SL road cleats are replacement cleats designed for riders using SPD-SL–style road pedal systems. They provide a familiar interface and predictable release, making them a practical option when existing cleats are worn or when setting up a second pair of shoes. Riders choose these cleats when they want consistent engagement and float without changing pedal systems or fit characteristics. Key Features • Injection-molded engineering thermoplastic body • TPU plastic construction for durability and controlled release • 6° of float for reduced knee and joint stress • Designed to match SPD-SL cleat standards Compatibility & Use Notes • Compatible with SPD-SL–style road pedals • Designed for use with 3-bolt road cycling shoes • Color: Red (6° float) • Not compatible with SPD (2-bolt) or other road cleat systems Service / Ownership Context Road cleats are wear items and should be inspected regularly, especially if walking off the bike frequently. Worn cleats can cause inconsistent engagement or release and should be replaced to maintain safe pedal function. Proper bolt torque and alignment are important during installation. Fit & Use Signals • A good fit for road riders using SPD-SL–compatible pedals • Commonly chosen when replacing worn cleats or setting up spare shoes • Works well for riders who prefer moderate float • Not ideal for riders using 2-bolt MTB or gravel pedal systems • Not the right choice for riders seeking zero-float cleats
