Extra Strength Probiotic 35 billion cells

Oral supplements of live, beneficial intestinal microorganisms for nutritional health and well-being are known as probiotics. Antibiotics tend to kill off both beneficial and harmful bacteria, and thus may also disturb the normal, healthy balance of intestinal microorganisms. Various intestinal conditions can compromise the immune system and lower the amounts of healthy intestinal microflora. When potent probiotic supplements are supplied regularly, chances are greatly increased for establishing and maintaining a healthy population of beneficial intestinal microorganisms. Once established, a normal intestinal microflora rich in lactobacilli creates acidic conditions that are unfavorable for the settlement of other microorganisms. Probiotics have been shown to exert a beneficial support through modification of the immune system host via the gut environment. Clinical trials also suggest that the exposure to microbes through the gastrointestinal tract powerfully shapes immune function. Bioenhanced Acid Resistant Strains (BEARS) ensures survivability in both low (acid) and high (alkaline) pH environments. The BEARS strains in this formula are designed to withstand the acid conditions present in the stomach during digestion without the need for enteric coating. The selected probiotic strains in Extra Strength Probiotic are manufactured using a patented poly matrix preservation system to preserve and ensure stability without the need for refrigeration. 1 Vegetarian Capsule contains: Proprietary probiotic blend…………………….….525 mg (35 billion viable cells per capsule) Lactobacilli acidophilus (La-14) Lactobacilli rhamnosus (Lr-32) Lactobacilli bulgaricus (Lb-64) Bifidobacterium longum (Bl-05) Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-02) Lactobacilli salivarius (Ls-33) Lactobacilli plantarum (Lp-115) Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04) Prebiotic Blend……………………………………..50 mg (FOS, FiberAid® arabinogalactans) Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (cellulose and water), cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate, and calcium silicate.
