EXT Ferro EMX Lightweight Air Fork

The EXT Ferro E-MX Fork is a dual-crown inverted suspension fork designed for electric off-road platforms that use long-travel front suspension systems. It replaces the stock front fork with a high-stiffness adjustable suspension assembly built for aggressive trail and technical riding. Designed around EXT’s HS3 air spring and cartridge damping system, it delivers improved front-end control and stability across varied terrain.  Includes drop crown configuration for compatibility with larger front wheel setups and adjusted front-end geometry. Note: You may need to install a rotor boost spacer depending on your front wheel configuration. Fitment: Universal Fitment (Fits all E-Moto's with MTB style brake system "74mm post mount") Built around a 36 mm upside-down stanchion structure with 205 mm of travel, the Ferro uses heat-treated chromoly steel inner tubes and 7000-series aluminum upper construction to balance torsional rigidity with reduced friction through the stroke. The HS3 hybrid air spring system combines twin positive chambers with a self-balancing negative chamber to improve mid-stroke support and bottom-out control while maintaining sensitivity across the usable travel range.  A high-flow cartridge damper provides independent high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound adjustment so riders can tune the fork response for terrain and riding style. Additional design elements like the floating axle system, long-overlap DU bushing guidance, and pressure-release valves support consistent alignment, reduced binding under load, and predictable suspension performance during repeated impacts.
