There are NO REST DAYS written in to the program. This is because we believe that life will ultimately give you rest days or you body will tell you when you need to take a break Full Programming (12 weeks) – Will begin to focus in on full, complex muscle movements like Olympic lifts, and test those looking to progress to the next level. This will hone in to perfect all elements of fitness like Strength, Hypertrophy, Mobility, Balance, Endurance, and Core.
