The  coffee scent is the ingredient. No synthetic fragrance  is added. USP-grade methylene blue — same standard as the  capsule range: The methylene blue in this bar meets  the same United States Pharmacopeia purity  specification as the Alpinia blu capsule range. Work up a  lather in hands or on a loofah before applying to  body. Apply in gentle circular motions — the coffee  grounds provide physical exfoliation as you work.  Focus on rough areas: elbows, knees, and heels.  Rinse completely. Coffee grounds and any temporary  blue tint from the methylene blue rinse clean.  Avoid eye area. Store on a dry soap dish between uses — do not leave  sitting in water. Keeping the bar dry between uses  significantly extends its lifespan. Note: Methylene blue may leave a faint temporary  tint on skin that fades quickly with rinsing. Coffee  grounds may temporarily mark the shower floor —  rinse after use. White washcloths and loofahs can  tint temporarily — rinse immediately and wash  normally.
