Exemplar-E™

Vitamin E is essential for horses because it acts as an antioxidant that helps protect muscle and nerve cells from oxidative damage. It also plays a key role in supporting the horses’ immune system. Horses that do not have access to fresh pasture, which is the richest natural source of vitamin E, are especially at risk for low vitamin E levels and may require supplementation to maintain optimal health and performance. Natural vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) offers several advantages over synthetic vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol) in horses. The most significant benefit is greater bioavailability—natural vitamin E is more efficiently absorbed and utilized by the horse’s body. Additionally, natural vitamin E stays active in the body longer, providing more sustained antioxidant protection. Exemplar-E™ has the following benefits for your horse: Supports muscle and nerve function – Vitamin E plays a key role in nerve health and helps aid in muscle recovery for horses that are in intense training, recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Promotes immune health – Helps the horse fight infection and recover from stress. Provides antioxidant protection – Helps horses with oxidative stress, especially during exercise or illness. Essential for horses without pasture access – Horses on hay-only diets or with limited grass access are often deficient and benefit greatly from supplementation.   Directions:  To supply 2,000 IU of natural vitamin E per day, give 1 level scoop (29.6cc or 13 grams) per day.  To supply 4,000 IU of natural vitamin E per day, give 2 level scoops (59.2 or 26 grams) per day.
