Excellence Worksheets (3 Pages)

Excellence is not about being perfect all the time, it’s about consistently growing and giving your best even when things get tough. The pressure to excel can feel overwhelming, but when excellence is seen as a mindset, it becomes more attainable. The Excellence Worksheets help clients understand what striving for excellence really means. The Striving For Excellence worksheet lets them identify what excellence is and isn’t, and create an action plan. The Road To Excellence worksheet guides them through nine questions that inspire a deeper commitment to their goals. This activity helps kids and teens build self-awareness and internal motivation. To get the most out of this resource, encourage your child to take their time and reflect honestly on each question. You can check in with them afterward to discuss their answers or support their action steps. These worksheets can be paired with our All About Excellence handout to support the learning process. *This item is an instant digital download.
