Evolution Chest Protector

We built the Evolution Chest Protector to solve the biggest pain points riders face, heat, bulk, and lack of true impact protection. This is for riders who want maximum protection in a low-profile, breathable design that performs in real riding conditions.   At its core is RE ZRO® impact technology, strategically placed on the chest and back to absorb and disperse energy on impact, delivering CE Level 1 protection without sacrificing flexibility. You still get the roost coverage you expect, but with a lighter, more advanced system that moves with you, not against you.  The aviation-grade Hexprene™ chassis combined with CoreCool™ venting is built for airflow, helping regulate body temperature so you stay cool, focused, and reduce fatigue during long, hot rides. A soft touch liner allows for true next-to-skin comfort, eliminating irritation whether you wear it under or over a jersey.  Finished with a low-profile fit and fully adjustable straps, the Evolution stays locked in and out of the way, giving you full range of motion with zero distractions. This is the next evolution of chest protection, lightweight, breathable, and built to perform across motocross, off-road, and mountain biking.
