Evil Spirit Floating Hood Effect - Child Costume

This costume will mystify those who dare look at it's tall and hollow hood. A designed accessory sits on top of the child's head and secures under the arms with elastic straps. It adds about 11 inches of height to create the ghostly illusion. The fabric hood covers and conceals the accessory, while the wearer can see through a sheer panel in the robe.
