Everywhere Means Nowhere — Seneca Stoic T-Shirt

Seneca "One who is everywhere is nowhere." Six words. Seneca wrote them in his second letter to Lucilius, around 65 AD, as a warning against constant motion and scattered attention. He was writing about travel — the Roman habit of moving from city to city in search of something that couldn't be found by moving. He might as well have been writing about a phone screen. The diagnosis hasn't changed in two thousand years. Spread yourself across everything and you inhabit nothing. The cure was the same then as now: stop. Choose one thing. Be where you are.
