This versatile cloth is made from the same 2-layer gauze as our swaddle. Its "in-between" size makes it just right for a newborn swaddle/receiving blanket, a hand towel, or a play cloth—a cape, flag, or whatever else the imagination dreams up. Use it as well for sustainable gift wrap, serving two purposes—enclosing the surprises inside, and promising all potential of the cloth itself. 35” x 35” prior to laundering 32” x 32” after laundering* + 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, 2 layers thick + Machine wash cold, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. + Ethically sewn in India *The crinkled state of gauze is achieved with washing and drying. The weave of the fabric appears flat prior to washing. It crinkles up with laundering, and may become more textured via successive launderings--achieving the appearance you see in our product photos.
