Made from 100% white cotton poplin, this midi length skirt features a 5" wide elasticated waistband that is meant to be worn high on the waist. It is both stylish & crazy comfortable. Thanks to the elastic waistline, it fits multiple sizes. Kindly reference the size char in photos for lay flat measurements. You can even pull it up & wear it is a strapless dress. 100% white cotton poplin. Unlined. I suggest a nude colored slip for this one.
